Social Investment Funds: A Tool for Poverty Reduction and Affordable Housing

The principle objective of this report is to undertake an evaluation of Social Funds (SF) – both in terms of its institutional functionality and the scope of the projects. It further endeavours to research the applicability of integrating housing finance or affordable housing mechanisms into the Social Fund.
