Capital Markets Development in Uganda: An Analysis of the Hindrances to Capital markets Access Among Private Sector Firms in Uganda

The objectives of this study were to establish the levels of awareness about Uganda’s capital markets among private companies in Uganda, to establish the hindrances to private sector access to the country’s capital markets as an avenue for long-term financing, and to make recommendations on increasing private sector access to the capital markets.
