The African Development Bank hereby invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in the following Assignment: Consultancy services for the MFW4A Progress Review & Strategic Recommendations. 2. The objective of the Progress Review is to assess the performance of the Partnership for Making Finance Work for Africa (MFW4A) and its Secretariat, to provide an overview of its progress and achievements since the last Progress Review (June 2014) and restructuring (2016), and to provide strategic recommendations to improve performance and reinforce its competitive advantage.
