A specialist firm (the “Consultant”) is to undertake all tasks related to the design, development, launch, and instruction on maintenance of the Africa Long-term Finance (LTF) Initiative Website, an online portal that will provide a comprehensive array of knowledge and information on the development of long-term finance in Africa (the “Assignment”). The principal objective of the Web-site is to serve as a comprehensive, user-friendly, online “one-stop-shop” for accessing consolidated data, statistics, publications, and news/events with respect to LTF in Africa.
