A WSBI Roadmap for Postal Financial Services Reform and Development

This document represents WSBI’s contributions to the ongoing policy discussions taking place on the international scene on how best to unleash the potential of postal networks to improve financial inclusion. This WSBI Roadmap looks specifically at issues pertaining to the restructuring of postal financial services, outlines a number of principles which should underpin this exercise, and highlights some “ingredients” for its success.
