Rwanda Financial Diaries: Understanding the Financial Lives and Product Needs of Rwanda’s Underserved Consumers

This research aims to complement the findings of the FinScope 2012 study by taking a deeper look at individual consumers’ behaviors in Rwanda. The study uses the Financial Diaries methodology to closely track the financial behaviors of a small sample of individuals deliberately selected based on their inclusion and poverty levels.
