Progress in Responsible Financial Inclusion: Global Mapping Report and Selected Case Studies

This report provides a detailed look at the implementation of responsible finance principles across the three pillars highlighting emerging trends in consumer protection regulation, financial institutions’ self-regulation, and financial education through case studies selected on the basis of initial results and potential for scalability, with some early results. The report is based on the results of the global mapping survey conducted in 2013.
