Presentation Slides: The Evolving Landscape of Trade Finance in West and Central Africa Regions

The African Development Bank (AFDB) and Making Finance Work for Africa (MFW4A) collaborated with the Africa Regional Committee (ARC) of the International Trade and Forfaiting Association (ITFA) in organizing an educational seminar aimed at African trade finance professionals in West and Central Africa regions. This seminar took place on October 2, 2024. The purpose of this webinar was to foster a better understanding of global developments in trade finance and the implications for trade finance markets in Africa, the overwhelming trend of digitalization in trade finance, and the challenges in dealing with compliance and financial crime regulations and rules.
