The Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) today launched the National Payments Strategy 2022 – 2025, marking a major milestone in Kenya’s payments journey.
Kenya’s payments journey has been marked by significant developments and achievements over the years, making Kenya a world-renowned leader and trailblazer in the digital payments and innovation space.
The vision of the Strategy is to have “a secure, fast, efficient and collaborative payments system that supports financial inclusion and innovations that benefit Kenyans”.
