Human Rights, Microfinance & 'Going Green' in Sierra Leone

This paper investigates the state of trade economy, aid, microfinance and human rights in Sierra Leone. Sierra Leone is still heavily dependent on foreign aid for government investments, technology and capacity building. The study contends that nearing 2012, Sierra Leone still faces a diverse set of challenges in relation to all of the forces and factors previously outlined, but it also holds much opportunity for positive changes.
