Guideline on Agent Banking

The Guideline on Agent Banking prescribes the rules of conduct for third parties/agents in the provision of banking services. The agent banking model is expected to increase the outreach of financial services and improve financial inclusion for the un-banked and under-banked population without compromising the safety and soundness of the banking system.
