eTransform Africa: Financial Services Sector Study

The goal of this study is to raise awareness and stimulate action among African governments and development practitioners on how ICTs can contribute to the improvement and transformation of traditional, new economic and social activities in the financial services sector. The study recommends ways to scale up the successful application of ICTs within the financial services sector, while paying attention to associated risks.
