Consumer Protection and Microfinance: Country Reports

This report presents a series of research approaches on consumer protection in the microfinance industry in four countries: Cameroon, Colombia, India, and Kenya. The reports combine review of law and regulation with empirical findings on actual practices, with an aim that the results will inform the search for principles of good practices and regulation.
