Helios Investors IV, L.P.

The proposed project consists of an equity investment of US$50 million in Helios Investors IV, L.P. (“Helios IV” or the “Fund”), a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership targeting US$1.25 billion in third-party commitments. The Fund’s investment strategy is to make mid-to-large cap growth equity investments for significant minority and control positions in market-leading, diversified platform companies in Africa.
