Guinea Leasing

The objective of the Guinea Leasing Program is to facilitate access to finance for micro, small and medium sized enterprises through the development of a sustainable leasing industry. It will do this by working at the regulatory, market and firm levels. Specifically, the program aims to advise the government on ways in which it may strengthen the regulatory framework for leasing; attract additional players into the local market; and provide leasing technical assistance to commercial banks and/or specialized leasing companies to enable them to launch and/or grow their leasing operations.
