Alta Semper Ilera Fund I Limited

The proposed project consists of an equity investment of up to US$15.5 million in Alta Semper Ilera Fund I, L.P. (“Alta Semper” or the “Fund”), a 10-year private equity fund targeting to raise US$250 million. The Fund will obtain controlling stakes in leading healthcare and consumer companies by way of equity investments. The Fund will have a pan-African focus and make equity investments of between US$10 and US$50 million per transaction.
