Domestic Revenue Mobilization and Public Financial Management Capacity Strengthening Project

The development objective of the Domestic Revenue Mobilization and Public Financial Management Capacity Strengthening Project for Somalia is to establish and strengthen institutional capacity for the management of public funds inCentral Finance Agencies and targeted sectors.This Project Paper seeks the approval of the Executive Directors to provide Additional Financing (AF) in the amount of USD 20 million to the Federal Republic of Somalia for the Domestic Revenue Mobilization and Public Financial Management Capacity Strengthening Project, funded from the International Development Association (IDA) resources, which are available on an exceptional basis as part of the Pre-arrears Clearance Grants (PACG) for Somalia.
