THE SMALL ENTERPRISE FOUNDATION NPC

The Small Enterprise Foundation (SEF) is a not-for-profit microfinance institution working towards the eradication of poverty by creating a supportive environment where credit and savings services foster sustainable income generation, job creation and social empowerment. SEF’s clients are majority (99%) females, with typical enterprises including fruit and vegetable sellers, new and used clothing, small convenience shops, and dressmakers. The goal of this project is to support SEF in designing and launching a Total Quality Management system that will ensure quality and compliance, accompanied by a set of tools to measure this on an ongoing basis.
