DARP SPV Nimble

The proposed project consists of an investment in Nimble Group (Pty) Ltd (“Nimble” or the “Company”), a servicing and investing company in the distressed assets (“DA”) market in South Africa. The project also includes an investment in a Special Purpose Vehicle (“SPV”), funded along with Nimble. The SPV will invest in the acquisition and resolution of non-performing loans in Botswana, Namibia, Ghana, and Kenya. The increase in IFC investment reflect current market conditions and opportunities in new markets.
