ZepReEquity

The project involves an equity investment in Zep-Re (PTA Reinsurance Company), (“Zep-Re” or the “Company”) a leading African composite reinsurer that operates in various African markets with a focus on southern and eastern Africa. Zep-Re is a multilateral reinsurance company that was created by the governments of the Common Markets for East & Southern Africa (“COMESA”) to promote trade, development and integration within the COMESA through the provision of reinsurance services and products, as well as reduce the outflow of foreign currency.
