BANK OF AFRICA SUB-SAHARAN FINANCING FACILITY

A facility covers subsidiaries of the Bank of Africa (BOA) Group in a number of countries in the west, central and east Africa. The funds will be channelled through/guaranteed by the Luxembourg-based holding company Bank of Africa Group SA, majority-held (75%) by the Moroccan banking group BMCE, in order to be on-lent to seven subsidiaries for ultimate financing of local businesses so as to foster development of the private sector across all eligible economic activities.
