EOI - Provide a development outcome-tracking tool (digital/online or mobile-based-tool) to measure results on Financial Institutions and SME clients under the Africa SME Program - PIFD1

The African Development Bank hereby invites developers and qualified firms to indicate their interest in the following assignment: to provide an interactive tool that will help capturing the results and measure projects development outcomes at FI’s and SME clients’ levels. The aim is to measure and evaluate the development impact of our financial support to FIs through lines of credit extended to SME under the Program across our 54 Regional Member Countries.
The tool will be deployed at both AfDB’s level as well as Financial Institutions’ level up to the sub-beneficiaries (SME clients)
