Understanding donor engagements in microinsurance: Recording and Presentation

Download the Recording>> Download the Presentation>> Last year, the Microinsurance Network commissioned a study carried out by LMG Consulting, to better understand which sectors, countries and products donors were allocating their resources to, with a view to grasping donor engagement in insurance, as an area of development and financial inclusion. The results of this survey formed the basis for this interactive discussion on donors and microinsurance. Guest representatives from the World Bank, USAID and Agence Française de Développement provided insights into their priorities and approaches for the coming years, touching on aspects of creating an enabling environment, resilience, and initiatives in health microinsurance, to name but a few.
