Challenges, Trends and Measures of Success in Supporting Financial Inclusion in Sub-Saharan Africa

This two-day seminar organised by the A2ii, IAIS, FinMark Trust and the Financial Services Board (FSB) South Africa aims to address policy makers and implementers of Consumer Financial Education in Sub-Saharan Africa. The objective is to contribute to capacity development of stakeholders involved in developing and implementing national financial literacy and consumer education strategies in Sub-Saharan Africa. Topics will include amongst other:
  • What works in financial education;
  • Emerging trends;
  • Leveraging technology; and
  • Reaching excluded groups.
