Financial Inclusion for Gender Justice, Women Empowerment and Sustainable Development

The overall objective of the Conference is to explore potential roles and strategic engagement (nationally and regionally) for We Effect and partners, individually and collectively with the aim of safeguarding financial inclusivity and gender justice towards the realisation of Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs). The four sub-themes of the conference will be:
  • From Exclusion to Inclusion: Putting Women, Youth and Persons with Disability at the center of Development agenda;
  • Deconstructing Structural Barriers to Women's empowerment, Gender Justice and Financial Inclusion;
  • Increasing Access to Financial Services by Small Scale Farmers; and
  • Innovation and Technological Solutions in Financial services.
