African Development Bank and MFW4A hold Digital Finance Week

The first AfDB Digital Finance Week (DFW) took place from September 19-22, 2016 in Abidjan. DFW brought together Bank staff and speakers from the Central Bank of Nigeria, CGAP, Mercy Corps and the Gates Foundation to explore how digital channels like mobile phones offer a unique opportunity to expand financial inclusion in Africa. 

2016 Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook

The Centre for Affordable Housing Finance (CAHF) launched the seventh edition Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook at the African Union for Housing Finance Conference, held on 14 – 16 September 2016 in Abuja, Nigeria. This new addition covers 51 country profiles and five regional profiles.
